For shirts, the most important measurement in determining your correct size is your bust/chest measurement. The shirt should fit snugly around the bust/chest, so that your weapon stays firmly in place and doesn't bounce around when you move. If you order the shirt to fit your bust/chest, the rest of the shirt will stretch to accommodate a wider mid-section, and lightly hug a smaller midsection.
HOW TO MEASURE
Bust/Chest - Start by placing a measuring tape around the largest part of your bust/chest. The tape should be flat but not too snug. This is the most important measurement for determining your shirt size.

I am short in body and have tried several holsters thru the years. Belt holster, pocket sleeve, belt purse, Tucking in pants or pocket, etc. nothing worked. Put in purse and if I needed it quickly impossible to get to and purse so heavy. Bought the tshirt and Love it. I wore it all day while traveling alone and forgot it was even there. I will buy more. I tried to Black Friday order but sizes were very, very Limited. I wish they were not so expensive since you can only wear it once before needing to wash it and I walk often. This is my favorite method of conceal carry so far! I have a short torso, so after birthing 5 babies, there's lots of extra "fluff" in my middle. That means while inside waist holsters conceal well, they are not always so comfortable and I feel somewhat self conscious, as I don't like anything else messing with my middle. This shirt is very comfortable. It takes some practice to get used to the draw, but it is very concealed and extremely comfortable! I absolutely love it and will be using it as a demonstration (and recommending this company) for my Women's Handgun classes that my husband and I teach in our business. I can also comfortably carry my baby on the hip against that handgun without any ackwardness or discomfort. Breastfeeding is still possible with the tank on. My gun is a Sig Sauer P365

I have this in blue, white and black.. please see my other review.. but I love this and would highly recommend it to any woman.. wear under blouses, t-shirts and no one will know.. also, when you go to the restroom, no worries about it falling on the floor out of the holster, which has happened to me before on my appendix carry holster.. not good. They are a little pricey, but definitely worth it!! I wear a few times before washing, I don't sweat in them, so they can go a few wears between washes, wash in cold water and hang dry.. Definitely 5 stars on this !

Very comfortable. Position is perfect for conceal. A slim line pistol is far more comfortable. For me, my FNS 9c is too wide, but the FN 503 fits perfectly. Giving full range of motion without the grip getting in the way. A 45 is completely out of the question.

I find it always helps when someone leaves their body and gun stats! I ordered a size small. I am 5'8", 140 lbs...I generally wear a size 4/6 in pants and a small shirt. I have a Smith & Wesson M&P Shield 9mm and you can see that it fits. I tried on a few shirts and you can see it a little bit, but it is a very large gun. Might give me an excuse to go get another smaller gun lol. I'll just have to be careful about my outfits in the meantime, but the tank is extremely comfortable and breathes well.

I have bought a number of items from UTUC including three tops: one white sleeveless, one platinum sleeveless (see photo w/glock 43), and one black with sleeves. I bought all in a small size. The black fits fine, but the sleeveless are probably too tight - not as comfortable. Always the frustration of buying online. I'm 36.5 across the chest. If I wear a suit jacket I don't print. If I wear a sweater I print a little but my husband can't tell.

As a larger busted woman, I wish there was more room in that area. I do realize that compression means tight. I find also as a breast cancer survivor who wears a prosthesis and has some issues with anything tight under my right arm, I could not wear my S&W Shield EZ on the right side. As a right hand dominant, I discovered that left side carry was perfect, and in fact, prefer it. It's very well made of excellent material.

Loved the material and fit. Was a little concerned that when "loaded" it would sag or not support the weapons - a S & W 22 revolver and an S & W M & P Shield EZ (love this new one). Put both in the underarm holsters, arms swing free and very comfortable. Know I will be using it a lot.

I really like the way the tank and the leggings fit. I am 5'2" and weight 115 pounds. I purchased a small and it fits well. I was concerned that the pistol would feel uncomfortable under my arm, but it sits low enough that it has not been an issue. I have yet to go running with it, but will put it to the test soon. I really like the comfort and will definitely get the tank in other colors.

I am so impressed with this tank top. I have a lot of products from this company and I honestly love them all! I was the most hesitant on buying this tank out of all my purchases because of the price and I thought it would show too much for conceal carry. I am small chested and small frame and this tank top is way better than I expected. I tried a cheaper brand before and I wasn't happy. This product came just as seen in the picture. I have a sig sauer 380 auto that fit comfortably. I also Have a sig p320 9mil. That one was a little more bulky under my arm but it's not to bad. I am a 36DD with a small waist 140lbs. I ordered a large in black. It really was comfortable. I will be ordering more. Comfortable fit. I was a little concerned when I read the size chart. I usually order larges in most of my tops, but they recommended a medium (so that's what I ordered). It is really comfortable with my 380 but my 9mm is up in my armpit a little too much. I assume the longer I wear it that it will get better just from stretching out but I only wore it a short time.

DETERMINING YOUR SIZE
We've purposely omitted the hip measurement from our sizing chart for our women's shirts, shorts, and leggings. This is because we find that your hip measurement is not a primary factor in determining your size for our products. Our fabrics have a lot of stretch and you'll be surprised how well they fit. Our clothing is designed to fit snuggly, but comfortably. It should fit tightly enough to support the weight of your weapon, but not so tight as to be uncomfortable.

For shorts and leggings, the most important measurement in determining your size is your true waist measurement. The item should fit snuggly on your natural waist to properly support the weight of your weapon. Once you've determined your waist size, you'll need to measure your hips at their widest point. If your hip measurement is less than 10 inches greater than your waist measurement, you would order the size that corresponds to your waist measurement. If your hip measurement is greater than 10 inches above your waist measurement, then order the next size up. For example, if you have a 30-inch waist and 39-inch hips you would wear size small. If you have a 30-inch waist and 42-inch hips, you would wear size medium.
Something else to consider in choosing the correct size is how you prefer your clothing to fit. We've tested our clothing on a variety of people of all shapes and sizes. We find that many can wear a couple of different sizes and still be happy with the fit. If you really can't stand wearing anything tight, then order the next size up. Your weapon may wiggle a bit when you move, but the retention strap will keep it secured in the holster. If you prefer the fit of a compression garment that really holds you in, then order a size down. If you want the garment to fit as it was designed, then order based on your measurements and our size chart.
